Higher Education Minister Receives French Ambassador

His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Yacoub Ould Moine, received at his office in Nouakchott this Monday afternoon the Ambassador of France accredited to Mauritania, His Excellency Mr. Emmanuel Besnier.

The meeting discussed the existing cooperation between the two friendly countries and ways to strengthen and develop it, particularly in the fields of higher education and scientific research.
