The Prime Minister chairs the meeting of the ministerial committee responsible for preparing the second phase of the Nouakchott city development program

The Prime Minister, Mr. Mokhtar Ould Djay, chaired, Monday, at the premises of the Prime Ministry, a meeting of the ministerial committee tasked with preparing the second phase of the Nouakchott city development program. At the beginning of the meeting, the Prime Minister reviewed the progress of the first phase of the program, highlighting the significant results achieved during it.

The meeting also reviewed the proposals submitted for the development of the city, in line with the directives of His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, aimed at the necessity of generalizing access to basic services on one hand, and developing the city on the other.

Finally, His Excellency the Prime Minister instructed the ministers, each in their respective areas, to work on studying these proposals and providing their feedback as soon as possible.
