President of Republic Congratulates Niger President

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following telegram of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Bazoum, president of the Republic of Niger on the occasion of his country’s celebration of its national day:
