Minister of Economic Affairs is heading to Paris to participate in a Meeting of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development

The Minister of Economic Affairs and Development, Mr. Abdullah Suleiman Cheikh Sidiya, departed Nouakchott last night, heading to the French capital, Paris, to participate in a high-level meeting of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development concerning Mauritania.
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development is considered one of the most important international governmental organizations influencing the formulation of market-based economic policies. It works to promote growth, develop business environments, and facilitate global trade among member states and partners.
This organization provides an advanced platform for sharing experiences and successful public policies, developing innovative solutions to economic challenges, setting standards and best practices, and supporting the coordination of economic policies at both national and international levels.
Accompanying the Minister on this mission is Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Nani, the Director General of Finance and Economic Cooperation at the Ministry.
