The Finance Committee of the National Assembly, chaired by Deputy Ali Mamadou Kane, the committee’s president, held a working session today, Thursday, to discuss the budget of the Ministry of Interior, Decentralization Promotion, and Local Development in the draft state finance law for the year 2026.
The committee listened to a presentation by His Excellency the Minister of Interior, Decentralization Promotion, and Local Development, Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Ould Mohamed Al-Amin, which addressed the budget items and areas of expenditure.
The budget of the Ministry of Interior, Decentralization Promotion, and Local Development amounts to 7,167,925,221 Ouguiya.
