President of Republic Congratulates Turkish Counterpart

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, addressed the following message of congratulations today, Tuesday, to His Excellency Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of the Republic of Turkey:
