Delegate Minister to Interior Minister Receives JICA Delegation

The delegate minister to the Minister of the Interior, in charge of Decentralization and Local Development, Mr. Yacoub Ould Salem Vall, received a delegation from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) on Thursday evening at his office in Nouakchott.

The meeting took place within the framework of strengthening the partnership between the Agency and regional communities, particularly in the areas of decentralization and local development.

During the meeting, the delegate minister emphasized the importance of this partnership in supporting initiatives aimed at promoting local communities, improving public services close to citizens, and enhancing the operational capacities of local actors.
