President of Republic Offers Condolences to Kenyan Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent  the following condolence telegram to His Excellency Mr. William Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya, following the passing of former Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga:

I received with deep sorrow the news of the passing of the prominent Kenyan politician and former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga. On this painful occasion, I extend my heartfelt condolences to you personally, and through you to the great Kenyan people and the family of the deceased.
