President of Republic Congratulates Spanish King

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following telegram of congratulations to His Majesty Felipe VI, King of Spain, on the occasion of his country’s celebration of its national day:
