President of Republic Congratulates Equatorial Guinean Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, addressed the following congratulatory message to the President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, His Excellency Mr. Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbassogo:
