The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Yacoub Ould Moyne, returned to Nouakchott on Wednesday evening from Kyoto (Japan) after participating in the 22nd meeting of the STS forum.
The forum sessions addressed issues related to development, scientific research, technology, and innovation, as well as ways to use them as a key driver of development.
