President of the Republic is participating in the Second Global Gateway Forum in Brussels

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, participated in the opening session of the second Global Gateway Forum, which began this Thursday morning in Brussels.

During this session, the President of the Republic gave a speech in which he praised Mauritanian-European relations, which are diverse, well-rooted, and based on common values.

These relations, he said, currently cover many areas such as human development, the transition to a promising economy, good governance, and stability.

Organized by the European Commission, the forum will bring together leaders and senior officials from governments, international financial institutions, the private sector, and civil society to discuss ways to develop international cooperation and innovative strategies to address global transformations and promote investment in sustainable infrastructure.
