Minister of Interior Meets With UN Special Rapporteur on Rights of Migrants

On 4 September, in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Ould Mohamed Lemine, the Minister of the Interior, Decentralization, and Local Development, met with Mr. Jihad Madi, the UN Special Rapporteur on the Rights of Migrants, who is currently on a working visit to our country.

The meeting focused on issues of common interest between Mauritania and the United Nations in the field of human rights, particularly those related to the responsibility of the Ministry of Interior, Decentralization, and Local Development.
