“Ta’azur”: Guogui Zemmal Dam has not yet been received by the commissariat

The General Delegation for National Solidarity and the Fight against Exclusion “Ta’azur” announced that the construction project of the Guogui Zemmal dam has not yet been received by the Delegation.

In a communiqué issued on Tuesday, it emphasized that the works are still ongoing in this dam, and that any defect or loss recorded during this period will be fully repaired by the implementing entity, before the handover process and in accordance with the technical controls in place.

This is the text of the explanatory statement:

“The General Delegation for National Solidarity and the Fight against Exclusion ”Ta’azur” announces to the national public opinion, regarding what has been recently circulated about the status of the Guogui Zemmal Dam, that this project has not yet been received by the Delegation, and that it is still in the custody of the entity in charge of its implementation.

The Commissariat emphasizes that the works are still ongoing in this dam, and that any defect or loss recorded during this period will be fully repaired by the implementing entity, before the handover process and in accordance with the applicable technical controls.

In order to ensure transparency and rigor in following up on development projects, Synergy is closely following the progress of work on this and other projects and will not take over any facility until it is confirmed that it complies with the specified technical specifications”.
