Defense Minister Receives UN Resident Coordinator

The Minister of Defense, Veterans Affairs and Children of Martyrs, Mr. Ba Ousmane, held talks on Tuesday at his office in Nouakchott with Ms. Jutta Hinkkanen, the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Mauritania.

The discussions focused on cooperation between Mauritania and the United Nations and ways to further strengthen these ties, particularly in areas falling within the Ministry’s remit.
