President congratulates President of Madagascar on his Country’s Independence Day

HE President of the Republic Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to HE President of the Republic of Madagascar Andry Rajoelina on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day.
The text of the cable reads as follows:
“Mr. President and dear brother.
The celebration of your country’s National Day gives me a happy opportunity to extend to you my sincere congratulations and best wishes for the progress and prosperity of the brotherly people of Madagascar.
I take this opportunity to assure you of our firm determination to work together to develop and strengthen the ties of friendship and cooperation that bind our two countries.
