HE President of the Republic Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazwani returned on Thursday evening to Nouakchott after participating in the 4th OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) Forum, held in the Austrian capital Vienna, as the guest of honor of this important international forum, organized under the theme “Transforming our future”.
