Mauritanian Ambassador to Djibouti Presents her Credentials

Her Excellency Ms. Khadija Embark Fall presented yesterday, her credentials in the Djibouti capital to His Excellency Mr. Ismail Omar Guelleh, in her capacity as the Ambassador Extraordinary and the full authority of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to the Republic of Djibouti residing in Addis Ababa.

During the meeting, the Ambassador conveyed to the President of Djibouti the greetings of His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mohamed Ould Cheikh Al-Ghazouani, and his wishes for progress and prosperity for his country and people.

In turn, President Ismail Guelleh welcomed the ambassador and asked her to convey his greetings to the President of the Republic and to the brotherly Mauritanian people, wishing her success in her diplomatic missions.

He praised the good relations between the two brotherly countries and the importance of developing them, stressing that his country will spare no effort in developing bilateral cooperation in various fields.

The handover ceremony was attended on the Mauritanian side by the embassy’s advisors, Amina Ba and Mohamed Mahfouz Al-Abadi, and on behalf of the Djiboutian side, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and senior officials in his sector.
