President of Repulic Congratulates Turkmen Counterpart

The President of the Republic,His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh Elghazouani adressed the following message of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Turkmenistan, His Excellency Mr. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow, on the occasion of the celebration of his country’s national day.
