President of the Republic Congratulates Grand Duke of Luxembourg

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani sent Tuesday the following telegram of congratulations to His highness Henri, Grand Duke of the of Luxembourg, on the occasion of his country’s celebration of its national day:
