Minister of Foreign Affairs hands Guinea-Bissau’s Prime Minister aLletter from the President of the Republic to his Guinean Counterpart

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad Mohamed Salem Marzoug delivered on Tuesday a message from HE President of the Republic Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani to HE President of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau Oumaro Sissoko Embalo
This came during a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, Mr. Rey Diart Diarro, at his office in the capital Bissau, where the President’s envoy received the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
After the meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad said in a press statement that he conveyed to the Prime Minister the greetings of HE the President of the Republic and his wishes for good health and happiness to his brother HE Oumaro Sissoko Embalo and for the Guinean people further progress and prosperity.
He added that the meeting was an opportunity to review various issues related to enhancing cooperation between the two countries to meet the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples, as well as areas of common interest.
He highlighted that he reviewed with the Prime Minister issues related to irregular migration and ways to avoid the problems caused by this phenomenon, which constitutes an obstacle to the development of the continent and its various repercussions.
The meeting took place in the presence of the Ambassador and the Director of Communication and Information at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Ahmed Mohamed El Dowah
