Interior Minister holds Talks with EU Delegation

The Minister of Interior, Decentralization and Local Development, H.E. Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Ould Mohamed Lemine, received on Tuesday at his office, H.E. Mr. Maciej Popowski, Director General of Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations of the European Union (EU), accompanied by the Ambassador and Head of the EU Delegation in our country.
During the meeting, they discussed strengthening bilateral cooperation between Mauritania and the European Union, especially in the areas assigned to the Ministry of Interior, decentralization and local development.
The meeting was attended by the Secretary General of the Ministry, Mr. Abderrahmane Ould Elhassan.
