Minister of Higher Education Receives CEO of American-Arab Chamber of Commerce

On 11 February, in Nouakchott, Mr. Yacoub Ould Moine, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, received the CEO of the American-Arab Chamber of Commerce.
