National Museum celebrates Japanese Band Todruki Nouakchott

The National Museum organized a concert Tuesday evening in Nouakchott to celebrate the Japanese band Todruki, which is currently visiting our country.

The concert included musical performances by Japanese artists symbolizing the strong ties between Mauritania and Japan.

The Secretary-General of the Ministry of Culture, Arts, Communication and Relations with Parliament, Sid Mohamed Ould Jeddou Ould Khattri, explained that this ceremony embodies the depth and strength of relations and cooperation between the two countries.

He added that music is a powerful means of bringing peoples together, enhancing their understanding and spreading the spirit of tolerance and coexistence.

For his part, Ambassador of Japan to our country, Uchida Talsukuni, said that Mauritanian-Japanese relations are characterized by a long history of friendship and cooperation in many fields.
