President of Republic Congratulates Portuguese Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mouhamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent Wednesday, the following telegram of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, president of Portugal, on the occasion of his country’s celebration of its national day :
