Minister of Culture participates in the Arab Ministers of Culture Conference in Rabat

Minister of Culture, Arts, Communication and Relations with Parliament, Spokesperson of the Government, El Houssein Ould Meddou, participated on Wednesday in the Arab Ministers of Culture Conference, held in Rabat, Kingdom of Morocco, under the theme: “Cultural and creative industries and the challenges of digital transformation and artificial intelligence.” The conference was held under the theme: “Cultural and creative industries and the challenges of digital transformation and artificial intelligence.

In his speech during the opening session, the Minister reviewed the concept of creative industries, the gains and challenges posed by the digital dimension, the link between cultural industries and the unity of nations and the spirit of society, as well as their relationship with the preservation of memory and the question of identity, noting that the revolution in the digital world is crossing geographical borders in an amazing way, allowing creators to publish their innovations on all digital platforms and media around the world in record time, highlighting the questions that these technologies raise about the tools for the rational management of the digital world and the features and issues related to artificial intelligence.
