Launch of the activities of the National Forum to support the President Promises Program

The activities of the National Support Forum for the “Taahoudaty” (My Commitments) program were launched on Saturday, in Nouakchott, under the supervision of the adviser to the Minister of the Interior and Decentralization, Mr. Mohamed Yahya Ould Said, and in presence of Mr. Ebaye Ould Mohamed Saleck, President of the Forum, and a large group of executives and elected officials.

In his speech on this occasion, Mr. Ebaye Ould Mohamed Saleck said that the achievements that have been achieved so far under the mandate of the President of the Republic are unprecedented. Thus, more than half a million citizens have benefited from health insurance in addition to the State covering the treatment and the support of many vulnerable fringes with including the allocation of wages to tens of thousands of citizens.

He added: “His Excellency the President of the Republic has shown that he stands out from other Presidents by his sincerity, his wisdom, his sobriety and his relentless quest to ensure a dignified life for his people in a marked climate. through security, development and stability, as well as a total break with corruption, the looting of public funds and a brutal confrontation with the political class, by adopting a new approach based on dialogue and consultation with all ”.
