President left for Abu Dhabi to attend the UAE’s 53rd Federation Day celebrations

HE President of the Republic Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani left Madrid on Thursday evening for Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, at the invitation of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, to attend the celebrations marking the 53rd Federation Day of the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

HE the President of the Republic was received at the airport by the Ambassador of Mauritania to Spain, Ms. Zainab bint Salem, and the staff of our country’s diplomatic mission in Madrid

HE the President of the Republic is accompanied by Mr. Nani Ould Echrouga, Minister in charge of the President of the Republic, Mr. Ahmed Abah alias Ahmida, Advisor to the Presidency, Mr. Nani Ould Ezidibe Mohamed Mahmoud, Advisor to the Presidency and Mr. El Hassan Ould Ahmed, Director General of State Honors.

H.E. the President of the Republic participated this morning in the Spanish capital Madrid in the launch of the new strategy towards Africa, where he delivered an important speech in which he focused on the Mauritanian vision in particular and the African one in general aimed at giving impetus to globalization towards better horizons of cooperation and partnership.
