Minister of Economy Meets With World Bank Mission

On 11 November, in Nouakchott, Mr. Sid Ahmed Ould Bouh, the Minister of Economy and Finance, received members of the World Bank mission visiting our country from 4 to 15 November, led by Mr. Hans Anand Beck, the World Bank’s Practice Manager for Macroeconomics, Trade, and Investment in West and Central Africa Region.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the reforms that could be supported by the World Bank as part of the budget support program provided to our country for which this mission is getting ready by discussing with the authorities the country’s priorities and needs.
