Minister of Justice Receives British Ambassador

The Minister of Justice, Mr.Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Beya, received today, Monday, in Nouakchott, His Excellency Mr. Colin Wells, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Mauritania.

The talks focused on the existing cooperative relations between the two countries and ways to develop and strengthen them, particularly in the legal and juridical field.

On his part, the ambassador praised the government’s efforts, particularly in the field of Human Rights and justice fulfillment.

The meeting was attended by the secretary general of the ministry Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Aidda,and Mr. Aamar Ould El Ghassem, technical advisor of the minister.
