On 10 May, the Prime Minister, Mr. Mohamed Bilal Massoud, returned to Nouakchott from the United States of America after representing Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El-Ghazouani, the President of the Republic and Chairman of the African Union, at the US-Africa Business Summit, held from 6 to 9 May in Dallas.
The Prime Minister was welcomed at the Nouakchott International Airport by Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Ould Mohamed Lemine, the Minister of Interior and Decentralization, several members of the government, the Deputy Director of the Prime Minister’s office, the Wali of
Nouakchott West, and the President of the Nouakchott region.
Mr. Mohamed Bilal Massoud was accompanied by a large delegation including:
– Mr. Abdessalem Ould Mohamed Saleh, the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development.
– Ms. Aicha Vall Verges, the Director of the Prime Minister’s Office.
– Ms. Cisse Mint Boida, the Ambassador of Mauritania to the United States.
– Mr. Mohamed Lemine Ould Reghani, an Officer in Charge of Special Duties at the Prime Minister’s Office.
– Mr. Ahmed Ould Saleck Ould Mohamed Moctar, an Advisor to the Prime Minister in charge of Information and Communication.
– Mr. Mohamed Ould Bahnass, the Director of Protocol at the Prime Minister’s Office.
