Prime Minister Participates in Opening of Symposium on Women’s Empowerment

On 9 May, Prime Minister Mohamed Ould Bilal Messaoud participated in the opening of a symposium on Women’s Empowerment at the US-Africa Business Summit, held in Dallas, United States.

This special symposium featured high-level dialogues and discussions with investors, policymakers, and senior U.S. government officials to allocate resources for women’s empowerment and female entrepreneurship in Africa.

The symposium will be an opportunity to discuss and exchange views on appropriate ways to channel resources to financially and technically support women’s initiatives in participating countries.
