Minister of Finance Holds Talks with the President of the Islamic Development Bank Group

On Sunday in Riyadh, on the sidelines of the annual meetings of the Islamic Development Bank Group, the Minister of Finance, Mr. Isselmou Ould Mohamed M’badi, held a session of talks with His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Suleiman Al-Jasser, President of the Group.
The talks touched on ways to strengthen and develop the distinguished relations between Mauritania and the Islamic Bank Group.
During the meeting, it was agreed to accelerate the implementation of projects financed by the Islamic Development Bank Group in our country by facilitating and accelerating procedures at the group level, and overcoming obstacles at the level of the administration in charge of implementing these projects in Mauritania.
During the meeting, the Minister of Finance praised the excellent development partnership between our country and the Islamic Development Bank Group, in particular the agreement on the strategy, which will represent a framework for cooperation between Mauritania and the Islamic Development Bank Group for the coming years, which will include new important development projects that will be signed in the next few days.
