UNHCR Representative Praises Way Mauritanian Authorities Treat Refugees
On 15 January, in Nouakchott, Mr. Ahmed Salem Ould Bouhabini, the President of the National Human Rights Commission, received Ms. Elizabeth Easter, the Representative of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Mauritania.
On this occasion, the UN official praised the exemplary treatment granted by the Mauritanian authorities to refugees and asylum seekers.
