President of Republic Inaugurates 100 Educational Establishments

On 27 December, in Nouakchott, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, inaugurated 100 educational establishments completed this year.

These educational establishments, which are an integral part of the “My Commitments” program, will provide a strong boost to improving the performance of our education system and will represent an important step in the implementation of the Republican School program.

These educational establishments are thus distributed between the wilayas of Hodh Charghi with 12 establishments, Hodh El Gharbi with 10 establishments, Assaba with 5 establishments, Gorgol with one establishment, Brakna with 9 establishments, Trarza with 14 establishments, Adrar with 7 establishments, Dakhlet Nouadhibou with 3 establishments, Tagant with 9 establishments, Guidimagha with one establishment, Tiris Zemmour and Inchiri with two establishments each, Nouakchott-West with 8 establishments, Nouakchott North with 16 establishments, and Nouakchott South with one establishment.

These 100 facilities inaugurated today include 730 classrooms, distributed in 73 primary schools, 24 secondary schools, and 3 completed high schools.
