The Minister of Justice, acting minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Cheikh Abdullah Ould Boya, decorated, on behalf of the President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazwani, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Russia, His Excellency Mr. Vladimir Chamov, with the medal of commander degree in the national merit system, on the occasion of the end of his mission in Mauritania.
