Russian and UK Ambassadors bid Farewell to Foreign Minister

At the end of their mission in Mauritania, HE Mr. Vladimir Chamov, Ambassador of Russia and HE Mr. Simon Boyden, Ambassador of the United Kingdom bid their farewell on Thursday 18 March to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Ismaël Ould Cheikh Ahmed, during of a meeting in Nouakchott.

During the meeting, the minister praised the quality of the close relations between Mauritania and the two friendly countries, and thanked the ambassadors for their efforts to strengthen these ties.

As for the Russian and British diplomats, they expressed their gratitude for the favorable attitude and the care they received during their stay in Mauritania, expressing their wishes for further progress and prosperity.
The meeting took place in the presence of the Director General of Bilateral Cooperation and the Director of Europe in the same direction.
