President of Republic Congratulates the Kenyan President

Today, Monday, His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. William Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya, on the occasion of his country’s celebration of its National Day:
