President of Republic Visits Mauritania Pavilion at Expo 2023 Dubai

On 3 December, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, visited the pavilion of the Mauritania at Expo 2023 Dubai.

Upon his arrival, he President of the Republic was welcomed by Mr. Nani Ould Chrougha, the Minister of Oil, Mines, and Energy, the Minister of the Environment, Ms. Lalya Ali Camara, as well as by dozens of Mauritanians executives who flocked to Dubai to participate in the COP28 events.

At the pavilion, the President of the Republic supervised the signing of two memoranda of understanding in the field of investment, one between the Ministry of Oil, Mines, and Energy and AMEA POWER, while the second concerns a joint announcement between the Ministry of Oil, Mines, and Energy and IFAS to develop the energy development project.
