President of the Republic Condoles Custodian of Holy Mosques

On 2 December, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of condolences to the Custodian of the Holy Mosques, His Majesty King Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud, King of sisterly Saudi Arabia:

“Your Majesty and Dear Brother,

It was with great sadness and deep dismay that I learned of the passing of His Royal Highness, the late Emir Memdouh bin Abdulaziz al-Saud.

In this painful circumstance, I extend my sincere condolences and compassion to Your Majesty, the Royal Family, and the Saudi people in general, imploring Allah the Almighty to have His Mercy on the deceased and welcome him into His Holy Paradise.

To Allah belongs what He takes, and to Him belongs what He gives, and for everything, He sets a specific term. Weinallilahi Weina Illeihi rajioune”
