Foreign Affairs Minister Returns to Nouakchott

On 1 December, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, returned to Nouakchott from Barcelona, where he participated in the work of the Eighth Regional Forum of the Union for the Mediterranean. This meeting discussed the difficult conditions that the Palestinian people are suffering from as a result of the continuous aggressive bombing carried out by the Israeli occupation, causing huge losses.

On the sidelines of this conference, the Minister held meetings with several counterparts, which dealt with various areas of cooperation and issues of common interest.
