Speaker of the National Assembly Receives Iranian Ambassador

The Speaker of the National Assembly, Mohamed Bemba Meguet, received, Wednesday in Nouakchott, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Mauritania, HE Jawad Abou.

During the meeting, they discussed cooperation relations between the two countries, and ways to enhance and develop them in all fields, especially in the parliamentary field, in a way that responds to the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples, and the meeting also touched on issues of common interest.

During the meeting, the Iranian ambassador informed the Speaker of the National Assembly, congratulations of the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran, on the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of the National Independence Day.
