CILLS Delegation Visits our Country

A delegation from the Permanent Interstate Committee for Drought Control in the Sahel (CILLS), led by the general manager of the Sahel institution, Mr. Mohamed Abdallahi Babah, is visiting our country.

The delegation intends to establish a national committee to manage the use of pesticides in our country, which is a member of CILLS.

This committee aims to mitigate and reduce the pesticide spread by setting up a legal mechanism that defines the conditions of usage to limit the resulting health hazards on people and the environment.
