IsDB Delegation Visits Nouakchott Drinking Water Supply Station

On 22 October, the delegation of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), led by Dr. Mohamed bin Sulaiman Al-Jasser, currently visiting our country, paid a visit to the drinking water supply station of the city of Nouakchott at Km 17 on the Nouakchott-Rosso axis.

Upon arrival at the station, Mr. Abdallahi Mohamed Yeslem, the Deputy General Director of the National Water Company (SNDE), received the delegation and gave an explanation of the station’s operation and capacities.

This vital infrastructure is a component of the Aftout-Sahli Project, of which the IsDB is one of the major donors.
