President of Republic Congratulates Ugandan Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Yoweri Museveni, President of the Republic of Uganda, on the occasion of the celebration of the National Holiday of his country.
