President of Republic Congratulates President of Honduras

On 14 September, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent a message of congratulations to Her Excellency Ms. Iris Xiomara Castro Sarmiento, the President of the Republic of Honduras, on the occasion of her country’s celebration of its National Day.

In this message, His Excellency expressed Mauritania’s eagerness to work to develop cooperative relations between the two friendly countries.

The message reads as follows:

On the occasion of your country’s celebration of its National Day, I have the pleasure of expressing to Your Excellency my warmest congratulations, wishing the friendly Honduran people further progress and prosperity.

I also want to reaffirm to you our full availability to work to develop the cooperative relations existing between our two countries to serve the interests of our two friendly people.
