President of Republic Congratulates Beninese Counterpart

On 31 July, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Patrice Talon, the President of the Republic of Benin on the occasion of his country’s National Day:
