President of Republic Congratulates Egyptian Counterpart

On 22 July, His Excellency Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Abdel Fettah al-Sissi, the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt:
