On 20 July, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent a written message to his brother, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The message, relating to relations between the two brotherly countries, was delivered by Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad.
The Minister, at the same time, conveyed the greetings of the President of the Republic to his brother, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Holy Mosques, and his brother, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, as well as his sincere fraternal feelings, wishing them lasting health and well-being, and to the brotherly Saudi people more progress and prosperity.
The message was received by His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah bin Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who praised the solidity of Mauritanian-Saudi relations and highlighted the importance of developing them for the benefit of the two brotherly countries and people.
