President of High Council of Fatwa Leaves for Morocco

On 7 July, Mr. Isselmou Ould Sid’El Moustaph, the President of the High Council for Fatwa and Administrative Appeals, left Nouakchott for Marrakech (Morocco), where he will participate, from 8 to 10 July  2023, in a scientific symposium on: “Modalities and provisions governing the fatwa in the African context”.
